Sharing a single agent account

I have a small business ("soloprenuer") and i use three Virtual Assistance. These do the same job, with each having well-defined and non-overlapping shifts. One might cover Monday and Tuesday, another Wednesday and the other the other days.

I would like to think I can have the three agents use a single agent account on ZohoDesk (since they do not overlap). My question has both technical and legal (Terms and Conditions) aspects.

  1. Are there any technical issues that spring to mind?
  2. Is there anything in the T&Cs that would prevent this.
By way of example, I am also investigating FreshDesk (in fact, I am using it day-to-day now and it's doing the job).  They also have a substantial benefit available AWS Activate ($1,250 credits per service). So, for now, that is the "incumbant".

However, they have informed me that their terms require a separate (paid) agent account if the users are in different locations.

Can anyone enlighten me to whether sharing the agent account is viable with ZohoDesk?
