Sharing commissions?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to split commissions between 2 or more salesmen?

I only see commission recorded when entering a product but what if I have salesmen with different commission %s or if 2 salesmen worked on the account and will split the it?

do you have a solution for this?
