Sharing docs, sheets and presentation
I'm evaluating Zoho Business and for now it really impressed me.
There're some missing feature in sharing documents that would be very usefull for a company.
I try to explain (sorry for my poor english)
Look at this scenario: Customer X request to my company an offer on a product. I write the document and now i wont send it to my customer. At this moment would be nice if i can share the document with him sending an email with the link of the document. My customer doesnt have zoho account but must be able to view the documents. To do this we can have, for each account, a "public space" where a copy of the shared documents can be stored.
During the creation of share policy we must be able to chose a password for protect the document, password that must be sent in the same email with the link to the doc, and we must be able to set an expire time of the sharing, someting like 30 days - 60 days - 3 months - 6 months - 1 year - infinite.
I think this functionality will add a powerfull tool for deploy documents.
One last thing: when we send a document via email as attachment would be great if we can chose the format of thew attachment. For what i see, a document is automatically converted to doc when attached but have the possibility to send as pdf is a "must have" functionaly in my opinion.
