Hi

have two managers with the same profiles. Gary can see Rob (their subordinate) , Ed can not. 

There is not domain exclusions. 

See screenshot. 

Only difference I can see is Gary has IMAP to share his, Ed does not have IMAP setup but we dont want to share his emails anyway.
