Sharing information amongst contacts within an account
So according to the answer to my earlier question, it is not possible for Zoho to share information between a contact and an account apart from showing notes from just one field in an account.
What suggestion do you have for cross-referencing information within accounts?
I'd be interested to know how users manage accounts if they can't see what different contacts within that account are doing.
For instance, I work with a travel agency who has 100 staff members. I want to know when looking at that account which agents have recent activity without having to open each individual contact. In particular, if I purchase the paid version, and then the Outlook plugin, how can I have all emails within that company be accessible in Zoho?
