Sharing issues with Zoho CRM Professional Subscription

I have problems sharing with other roles even on the same Peer level with  Share Data with Peers on.

I created groups in every combination possible "Role A" could not share "Role B "   even on same peer level and Share data on .

Can't configure "Data sharing Rules" because I have the professional edition.

I even put both persons in the same role, activated share with people in the same role and still one user could not see other user leads. 

I'm in the initial stages of implementation, but is really important to get this right. 

Please advise what to do next.
