Sharing pick lists between Leads & Potentials

We have a custom field (which is a pick list) that we use for our Leads. The same information is valid for our potentials & contacts as well. Our former "Zoho admin" set these lists up independently, over time they are no longer the same. They should be the exact same list in this case.

Is there anyway to "link" the Potentials to use the same list that is used by Leads? As it is set up now, any changes to the list for Leads is not reflected in the Potentials list. If not, is there a way to export/import or copy/paste the pick list from the Leads fields and use it in the Potentials fields? This would at least make synchronizing them easier.
