Hi,
We are experimenting with using the salesinbox for our sales organization and ran into a problem.
Our Zoho CEO user has configured our
sales@ourcompany.com email in the salesinbox and emails are showing up perfectly. He set the sharing to public.
The problem is that other users of Zoho crm do not see this in their salesinbox.
Are we using this feature correctly ? we don't know what we are missing here...
