Sheet syncing online and offline questions.
They don't say it's possible to work offline with Sheet, only Writer.
However, in the bottom of the Zoho Plugin FAQ, they say:

If you are working on an offline version of the document/sheet in Microsoft Word/Excel and that is the most updated version, you can sync up the updated offline version with the online version of the document in Zoho Writer by connecting to the internet, signing in to your Zoho account from the Add-ins tabs in Word/Excel and then explicitly save the document once by clicking "Save" or "Ctrl+S" from your keyboard. Once you do the above process, both the offline & online version of the document/sheet will be in sync.
As you can see, they are talking about Sheet too. There is a confusion there. I think the best move is to ask them directly if is it possible to work offline with Zoho Sheet?
Additionally, they talk about synchronization performed once you save your updated document. Again, it's a good idea to ask them how that synchronization would be done. I mean, is it done at file-level (where most recent version replaces the older one) or at contents-level (where updates from distinct users are copied from/to the shared copy to/from the local copy) instead?
