Old and new problem with sheetviews

1. Accounts - created some new views. When you got to sheetview they are all out of order. They do not appear in the same order as shown on the regular CRM screen

2. After modifying data nothing is saved

3. Had a similar problem in the past with sheetview not saving data and your support team tracked it down to one of our custom fields. Unfortunately this is a most critical field and I must have it in the view in order to work with the data. So I need to understand a work around or another option.
