Shipping address Purchase Orders

Hi there,

Hope you can help us out with below.

Here's our process:
1. We receive a Purchase Order from our client;
2. We manually create a Sales Order in Zoho Books (incl. invoice address and Shipping address);
3. We create several Purchase Orders (for each item / per vendor) in Zoho Books

When we create a Purchase Order from an existing Sales Order, we have to manually select:

1. Supplier
Why is this not automatically filled out?
On the item level we have indicated who the Vendor is;

2. Shipping address
Even when we select "Ship to Customer" a default Vendor address (?) appears.
Why is not the predefined Shipping address from the Sales Order stated here?

3. Items
By default, all items appear in the Purchase Order.
However, it would be logical that selecting the Vendor (top section) would affect the articles to appear on the Purchase Order. As again the Vendor is linked to the articles in the Zoho Books catalog.

The above process would make sense, but unfortunately, we have to make all these selections manually (huge room for human error), which makes the Purchase Order pretty useless.

Can the above be solved by means of settings perhaps?
