Shipping charges too low

Shipping charges too low

Hello, we recently received an order and the Zoho calculated shipping charges were incorrect based on the zone it was being shipped to, It gave an option for UPS Next Day Air® , which is not currently an option based on our zone charges for the shipping address,
but the shipping charge that was provided to the customer is also half the price that we have listed for UPS Next Day air..
