Shopify data with customer service team
I looked at Zoho One prior to covid and now I am ready to start implementing it into my business. My trial expired over a year ago and I can not remember much about what I had learned.
want to know how my customer service team can all access the same contacts, tickets, and information from Shopify to give our customers the best possible experience. I think that I was forced to migrate all the customers and orders to one account when I first tried. Please let me know how I should approach this. I certainly do not want to start out the wrong way and bury us in work to fix it.
