Shopify Order status "Paid" into zoho inventory sales
Hi Team,
I have integration between
shopify and zoho inventory and it is pulling shopify orders(paid &
unpaid) as sales order into zoho inventory. I am then creating invoices
using automation automaticly for the the sales order. While creating
invoices using automation, I want to check if shopify order (salesorder
in zoho) came as "paid" or not. If Paid then I will mark the invoice
status as paid else will mark it invoice sent. But the problem is it is
not clear as how to get the order status details.
Zoho documentation about this is :
The payment status of the inbound sales order from Shopify would be displayed as a comment under the sales order. As Shopify supports not only paid orders, but also unpaid, partially paid and cash on delivery options, the payment status under the sales order would be indicated by a comment as Paid, Unpaid, Partially paid or Cash on delivery depending on the case."
Zoho
is showing me that order is paid but as a comment but how do I automate
the invoice creation as paid whenever a shopify order is paid. I am not
able to figure this out using any zoho API ? Anyone can please share
pointers. This is a very common workflow.
