Shopify DTC Sales into from Books to CRM. Can the imported sale be a "contact" only with a sales record?
Currently our integration when importing sales from Books, is creating a Contact and a Account for that contact under the same name. We have been told by our integration partner this is a mandatory function of ZoHo. They are not able to import a Sale and Contact from Books without the Contact being associated to an Account. This is causing massive issues for us as it is filling up our Accounts and causing our Sales Department headaches as their Accounts lists are getting filled with DTC Accounts.
I cant imagine this being the case, but I figured I would ask the community as I dont feel I am getting a straight answer. I think the issue is the code they built or they dont understand how ZoHo works
