Shot position in contact field.

Ok, so this is what I need to figure out, if somebody could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

So on both the Account Details page for companies, where it lists the contacts, it shows the fields name, email, phone, mobile, fax. Is it possible to take fax out and instead show the position? I really need the position to show to make this work with Zoho.

Also on the main contacts tab screen, I need the position to be listed there as well. I'm talking about the screen where after you hit the contact button up top it shows you a list of all your contacts. How do I do this?
