Should I need to really worry about this??

As you people know that I have a site(charubhashini.com, charubhashini.info, arvindcharu.in, rainbowthots.in) which is hosted as a blog with you people.  Unusually today I got a lot of comments to some of the blogs titled.  When I check with it.. it must be from one person( not more than that I hope).  When I try to trace for the IP address it is from different country say like US, Canada, Iceland, Ireland, UK, London.. should I need to really moderate those comments or what can I do further or is it like a hacking the account?  I am attaching some of the comments over here for your inspection...
