I've been browsing the forums for quite some time and I see all these issues about incoming/outgoing mail and I have few concerns before implementing a workflow for my company.
Situation:
Whenever I convert a
lead to an
account an email will be sent to the client welcoming them to my company, The email will be headed " Welcome To
My Company" in that email there will be attachement with account information. I also want to include the other product or services that my company provides.
Issue:
I read that zohomail will block my emails to clients because it detects that it is spam. Is that true ? If so how is my company supposed to get our welcome emails out to new clients without the email being flagged.
This is HIGH priority issue for my company as we will be launching the CRM platform to all our employees next week.
