Just wanted to ask, wouldn't it be nice if we could see all file attachments for all contacts associated with an Account on the Account page?
Right now if a user attaches a document to a contact it is only available on the contact page, If an account has 5+ contacts it can be frustrating to try and locate where the file was attached. I think it would be nice to be able to just go the the Account level and see all files attached to all the Account's Contacts.
