Show all contacts independently of the owner

Show all contacts independently of the owner

Hi all, when I log as administrator I can see the contact  list with all contacts independently of the owner, but my users that have the standard security profile will only see the contacts they own, is there any way I can make that they see all records but only give them permission to edit their own records.
