PLease see attached snapshot. We are trying to use the calls module in zohi wth integration with Linkus for calling. There are some shortcomeings though which are preventing us committing migrating 20 reps over to the system.

As you can see in the screen shot we want to use the module like this, the agent will make the call, record his comments and outcomes and then click the right arrow at the top and move onto the next call.

The BIG issue at the moment is that the call module does not show the notes from the previous calls, you have to navigate out of this onto the accounts module to go check notes from previous calls, thats just way to cumbersome for this to be accepted as a fluid quick prospecting solution.

Is there anyway to show the notes from previous calls on this screen ? We really need everything to be on one pane to make things painless and fast.
