Hi all,

I am new to Zoho but have been working hard to build a system that we can use. I have set up an autonumber field in the New Event form which is a unique job number. The idea is for this job number to appear in the calendar entry so when we perform the job and fill in a Zoho Form we have easy access to the number.

At the moment the only way I can get this to work is if a new event is created, the user then goes into that event, copies the autonumber and pastes it into the description of the calendar entry. I would like either for the autonumber to appear in the calendar automatically or for the autonumber to appear whilst creating the event so the user can copy it there.

Can anyone help with this?
