How can I manage to show a table data ONLY when the number of lines are only one??

Note: I need to do this and keep the functionality of the filters.

In resume: I have a table with some filters and I need to show data ONLY if the number of lines are equal to 1. So while the user is using the filters, no data is showed until the number of rows of the table are only one.

I'll appreciate any help or tip.
