In Mail, when I receive an incoming email, the "from" shows the email address of the sender, instead of the name. For instance, in the Original Message information of a recent email, I see the following:

In the folder view as well as the message view, it shows the email address, but it makes more sense to show the name (the part outside the <> brackets). Is there a way to set this behavior?
