Our previous CRM let us create an email template that had line items in the email body. Isn't this possible in Zoho? For example, whenever a quotation is created, I want to automatically send an email template to the manager with all of the line items that are on the quotation. In essence, I want to send the quotation in the body of the email template.
Alternatively, I could live with attaching the quotation in PDF form to the email.
Am I missing something, or is this another feature that is not available in Zoho that I miss dearly from my old CRM?
