Sign up error on business mail

Hi Zoho,

Currently, we are using your mail service. We have referred info@tiptopfashion.in to join Zoho mail. But when he is filling up the Sign up form and click on Sign up button, he is getting an error " Error occurred". They are unable to join in Zoho mail. We have shared the screen shot link. Please do the needful action.
