When we send emails to records in a custom module, we do not get any notifications/Signals for when these emails are opened/interacted with. We are only getting notifications for records in standard modules. Can we change the behavior to include notifications for custom modules? Zoho software offers custom modules. As such, surrounding functionality, like Signal, should support it!
