I would like to actually capture a customer signature at the end of a service call.  We use Zoho CRM and have added a number of custom fields to the CASEs feature.   Right now, the customer signature is a text field.   Looking at all the customer field types, I don't see anything that can capture a signature on our tech's smartphones or a way to integrate a third-party android app for signature capture.

Is something you've considered or a challenge someone else has solved?
