We have encountred an issue where the signauture is locked from being changed at the user level and by super admin.

We have been able to delete all the signatures but still in the user console we are told ...

There are no signatures created by the administrator. When deleting signatures at super-admin level, a warning came up telling us to contact support.

Please help.
