signed in users view and respond to same email accounts

My whole reason for signing up with Zoho as a business was to allow members of the group to view and respond to the same group of 4 email accounts.

Now I read that this was not implemented several years ago - that it was coming, but I can't find any post that says it is now possible.

Can we do this, and if so, how?
