Signed up additional users. Invitations not reaching the new users.

Please help!
I added two new users to our company account, but they have not received the invitation email.
Verified that their emails are working properly, as they receive other work related emails find.
Checked in Outlook and webmail.  They are both working fine, but they cannot receive the invite from Zoho CRM.
