Similar to another table function problems

I am using reports and I am wanting to apply all the same reports I made for one table to a new table. I use the "similar to another table" function and I have had several issues in making this work.

1. Only some of the charts are copied which I thought was related to category labels but after changing them to match about half of the charts still do not copy.

2. It seems like any chart that uses a aggregate equation on the y axis changes so that the y axis is a count of the x axis.

3. The color scheme that I had applied is only partially retained on some charts.

Additionally when I was importing the excel data into the same table and chose the delete old and place new function and then left the import hidden columns option the data was imported while the header was not and so all the headers after the hidden column were off by one.

I really need to figure out a way to automate this report so I need to find the reasons why this report is not being duplicated correctly. I went ahead and shared the database with support.
