Here are a few enhancements for quick actions in modular List Views that will make your day-to-day CRM operations much easier.
List Views in modules display records in rows and columns based on set criteria, and are useful for presenting data tailored to individual customers based on your business needs. Let's look at our minor enhancements in greater detail.
1. Activity badge
We've modified the activity badge beside every record in List Views so that it now shows open activities—tasks, meetings, calls, and appointments—for that record, if any. There's also a Create Activity button that users can use to create new activities. In addition to the modules in which activity badges are already displayed, the modified version is now newly available in the following modules: Cases, Invoices, Quotes, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Campaigns, and Vendors.
2. Filter by option for every column
Previously, filtering records by fields involved searching the field's name in the left side of a module's List View. Now, every column in the List View includes a Filter by option to simplify the process of filtering records based on visible fields. This enhancement serves as a shortcut to the left panel, which users can still use to filter hidden record fields.
3. Hiding columns
We've introduced a new Hide Column option to every column in List Views, which is an easy way to uncheck column names under Manage Columns.
However, only one column can be hidden at a time, and the Hide Column option for a column gets disabled when that field is the only default mandatory field left in a List View's unhidden fields.

To unhide a column, you can use Manage Columns to include the field in the module List View page by checking it. 4. Copy URL button for each record
Every record now includes a Copy Link option under More Options (•••) so users can copy its link. Every record in every module has a unique ID in its URL. Previously, copying the URL of a record required clicking on the record name and manually copying it from the details page. The new process is simpler, as you can copy a URL without opening a new tab.
For example, users can use the Copy URL option to insert links in their contacts in a telephone system when integrated with Zoho CRM. Additionally, it simplifies and expedites custom actions such as approving or rejecting entries.
