Yeah, that's right.
I've been complaining here and on twitter, with astonishingly little response from Zoho support.
I opened a ticket related to the SPAM blocking by SpamHaus yesterday, no response via email. So I went to check on the status of the support ticket and my password suddenly doesn't work... and when trying to reset the password, the master user email address on our PAID account (4 domains, 30+ email accounts) comes back "no such user."
I'm trying to transition back to Google Apps for business, but am stuck in the postini migration madness.
Zoho... in this regard, with paying customers unable to send emails, your service is the worst I've experienced in 15+ years of being online.
