Since today I can't receive emails

I've been using soho email without trouble for months, but today I noticed that I'm not able to receive any email with my Thunderbird client. So I tried from the web mail but it is the same, nothing at all. There is no problem to send emails.

Please help, I was in a registration process and need to receive the confirmation email.
