Sincronizacion Desk / CRM
Buenas,
Estamos intentando sincronizar las cuentas y contactos cel CRM a Desk, y no hay manera, le hemos puesto el ZSC, nos dice que està autenticado, pero si creo un ticket nuevo, solo me salen los contactos que ya han enviado un ticket.
Tambien vemos que en la sincronizacion pone pausar sincronizacion siempre, como si no acabase de sincronizar.
Se ha de hacer algo a parte de autenticar el CRM en Desk?
