Are you making the most out of single and group checkboxes in fillable forms in Zoho Writer? Here is a handy tip to optimize your use of checkboxes, both single and group, and enhance your data collection process.

Single checkboxes:

Single checkboxes are perfect for situations where respondents need to make a binary choice, such as "Yes" or "No" or "Agree" or "Disagree."

Group checkboxes:

Group checkboxes, on the other hand, allow respondents to select multiple options. This is commonly used for surveys, registration forms, or any scenario where respondents may need to choose multiple options from a list.

To insert a single or group checkboxes in your Zoho Writer fillable form:

Go to the menu and navigate to Automate in your fillable template.
Click the Checkbox dropdown from the list of available fields.
Choose "single" or "group checkbox".
