Single Checkbox for "I Agree" or Newsletter Subscription

I would appreciate a single check-box form element (Boolean).

Possible applications for this element are 

- newsletter subscriptions
- indicating agreement to terms and conditions
- indicating visitor has read required reading 
- and more

I understand the same result can be achieved with a select element with yes/no values, but I still believe a single check-box option would be advantageous to many Zoho users.
