single contact follow up

I would like to know if there is a way to template out a sales funnel for contacting a client after a sale does not go through.

an example sales funnel of this would be:

Video email
Video email
sales call
No sale
Follow up email after event is over ( I want to automate this)

I want to do this with single clients as the booking dates differ and I want to automate it to go out to them without me having to touch it later. For instance:

Client is a no sale
Four months before next event date an email is sent automatically
Three months same
Two months same
1 month same
Follow up email after event is over ( automated)

Any help would be appreciated
