Single Interface for all Apps
I really like the Zoho Business concept but wish that ALL the Zoho Apps could be integrated into it including CRM and the Databases.
I find that even for some of the Apps that are integrated there are settings that can not be accessed from within Zoho Business ... so I have to exit and go to just the App to change those settings ... ie the Calendar.
It would make TOTAL sense if the Zoho.com domain WAS the Business app and when people signed up for Zoho ... they were signing up for an ALL in one Application with everything that Zoho offers.
They could then have the option of turning off App that they dont use. Or if an App required a paid subscription then when they click on that app the first time ... they would go through the process of setting up that App and paying for it ... ie CRM.
Personally I think a universal ALL IN ONE approach would work much better and be less confusing for people to use.
Also when I click on settings ... I would like to be able to access ALL the settings for my account, as well as all the specific settings for every application in my account.
The Control Panel could be separate from Settings for the Admin account.
Are there any plans on having this kinds of Integrated approach to Zoho Applications in the future?
Are there others who also think that this would be a positive way for Zoho to move forward?
