I have integrated my Zoho CRM system with Zoho Support. I'm wondering if there is any way to view the Request details associated with a Contact from Zoho Support, within Zoho CRM.
So, for example, could a user log into Zoho CRM and view a contact e.g. 'John Smith' and still in Zoho CRM, see the Zoho Support data such as Request history, response times etc. for John Smith without having to leave Zoho CRM?
Basically I want to see as much of the data from both Support and CRM possible within a single view in Zoho CRM. Could the Zoho Support data be synced to appear in Zoho CRM?
