Hi,

 

I am new to ZOHO CRM and want to use it for tracking my sales calls. Not so much phone calls but actual site visits. I visit a lot of customers at their place of business and want to track what we talked about and when I willcall on them again.

 

How to best do this? The calls seem to be more for phone calls.

 

Any help advice appreciated.
