Skandinavian Character set gets corrupted during import

Skandinavian Character set gets corrupted during import

I have an issue with the Skandinavian character set (������).
I can�t get them imported right.
Any idea how I should:
- save the CSV file in order have the character appear right in the fields they are imported (Accounts & Contacts) and/or
- use a trick to import them right

My original is a Excel 2007 file, which I save as CSV file. Excel is English version.
