Skip order confirmation step in commerce?

Skip order confirmation step in commerce?

We have a store to sell products that are not shipped to a customer.

Right now, when the order is placed, we have to manually 'confirm' the order so the sales order can convert to an invoice and charge the customer. 

Is there a way to skip the manual approval either in the store, or by using a deluge script in Books?
