Skype recently terminated the functionality within their Click to Call which highlights the telephone number and thus allows the number to be dialed automatically within Skype. Sometimes it is possible to click on the telephone icon next the telephone number in Zoho which dials the number directly, other times it simply opens the dialogue box in Skype but doesn't add the number - not sure why that happens. 

Could you help provide us with a guide so that we can integrate Skype with Zoho CRM now that Skype in their wisdom have decided to discountinue number highlighting in both IE and Chrome via Click to call.
