Since I am doing a round of "dialing for dollars" today some of the phone-related functions are more noticeable today. I want to suggest some other features that I think would offer great usability improvement.
Integration with SKYPE is a nice feature, but if someone does not have a Skype account you have to use Skype Out instead, and that can cost money.
Google Voice is a free VOIP client that is gaining a lot of followers. I would like to see Zoho offer integration with Google Voice as well as Skype and then offer a user setting for a user to select which VOIP service provider to use. that way when you click on the phone number it will automatically dial the number using your service provider of choice. It would be nice if once you clicked on the button to initiate the call it would then automatically launch a pop-up window to log the details of the call as well.
Similarly, I would like to create a Skype address field for my contacts that have Skype addresses and have Skype launch a call when I click on their Skype address.
