I noticed last September there was a similar enquiry to this.  As a former Salesforce client, we were able to accomplish what we want and it appears Zoho is almost there...here's the situation.

Using Skype as my outbound calling client, I want to take advantage of the callto: function in Zoho.

Phone numbers in Zoho are properly formated when 10 digits are entered, however safe need 11 digits. Therefore if we put the one in front of the phone number in Zoho then Zoho isn't formatted properly. The solution and sales force was rather simple, all outbound callto: commands had the one put in front of it for calls made in North America.

If this was a customizable fields, we can accomplish this. I do not want to go through my entire database and update every phone number with the one in front of it to get poor formatting, especially if this is something that is currently being worked on.
