I see the little telephone image next to the phone number at the topic of a contact, lead, or account view... but, phone numbers displayed elsewhere don't show that clickable image... and the normal click-to-call function in Google Chrome for Skype doesn't appear to work anywhere within Zoho.

Here's one scenario. Let's say I make a report of all my upcoming phone calls. I want to just click on the number in that report grid view and have it dial Skype. If I don't get through, I want to just click on the number in the next row.

How can I do this in Zoho CRM?
