SLAs

I want to assign contracts to my accounts.  According to the Zoho help, I need to first set up SLAs.  It says to:

To add SLAs follow the steps given below:

  1. Click Setup
  2. In the Automation section, click SLAs
  3. Click Create SLAs
  4. Enter a name for the SLA
  5. Enter a description about the SLA
  6. Check the appropriate SLA-execution settings
However, when I go to set up, then Automation, there is nothing there that says SLAs.  It only shows workflow rules and assignment rules.  Where do I go to set up the SLAs?
