I want to assign contracts to my accounts. According to the Zoho help, I need to first set up SLAs. It says to:
To add SLAs follow the steps given below:
- Click Setup
- In the Automation section, click SLAs
- Click Create SLAs
- Enter a name for the SLA
- Enter a description about the SLA
- Check the appropriate SLA-execution settings
However, when I go to set up, then Automation, there is nothing there that says SLAs. It only shows workflow rules and assignment rules. Where do I go to set up the SLAs?
