Slow + Forum Responses

Thanks for your service, I have used it for 3 months.
My 6MB internet connection is 20-30 seconds per click.
The forum seems like an afterthought, responses are not timely and spotty. I have posted on listing contacts and leads by last name. I have posted on a disappearing "locate map" button.
Consequently, I have entered the country and state (US) for every lead - its always the same. We currently have 100+ leads and no "Map button". Worked on Monday, not on Tuesday.
When somebody asks for a client file in Zoho CRM, it's in the form of "what do we have on Mr Klinger" Nobody asks for Roger or Sue. To see a list of Rogers is pointless. To print out a report of Ralph followed by Roger is laughable. Our file system is alphabetical by last name.
At this point, emailing a CSV file to GMail and desktop searching (with map of the address automatically generated) is a better solution. Even better is no data entry, just back up and upload.
